AUCKLAND WHALING COMPANY.

TO be established in conformity with the Resolutions of the Public Meeting held on the 2nd inst., for the purpose ot engaging in the Whale Fishery with vessels to. sail from the Port of Auckland. Capital £4,060, in 4,000 paid up Shares of £1 each, with powfc'r for the Shareholders from time to time to increase the Capital by the issue of new Shares upon such terms as may be deemed advisable.
