"V¥7'E, the Undersigned, believing that many » » persons from want of information as to what is required of them, may omit to send in their Claims to Registration as Voters for Members of the Provincial Council of New Ulster— and feeling at the same time that it is desirable that all those who may wish to exercise the franchise at the fir3t election, now shortly to take place, should be in a position to do so — request that you will call a public Meeting with a view to the adoption of such steps as may insure as far as practicable the due Registration for their respective districts of all, without reference to political opinions, who possess the requisite qualification.
