THE REV. JOHN INGLIS being about to leave Auckland for Aneiteum, there to labour for the spiritual and eternal welfare of the truly degraded but interesting natives of the New Hebrides, a Valedictory Service will be held (D. V.) in the Presbyterian Church, on Monday Evening, the 14th instant, when the Rev. T. Buddle will deliver the Farewell Address, and the other Ministers in connexion with the Evangelical Alliance aie expected to take part in the services of the evening. Service to commence at seven o'clock.

AUCKLAND WHALING COMPANY.

TO be established in conformity with the Resolutions of the Public Meeting held on the 2nd inst., for the purpose ot engaging in the Whale Fishery with vessels to sail from the Port of Auckland.
