A COMMUNICATION having been received at the Neiv Zealander Office, advancing a claim to the Reward offered for the discovery of a Gold Field within a radius of fifty miles of Auckland, A Public Meeting of Subscribers to the Fund is requested, on To-morrow (Thursday), at One o'clock, at the Mechanics' Institute, to receive the application, and to consider the necessary steps to be taken in reference to it.
