CORNELL # RIDINGS Will Sell by Public Auction, at their Mait, Queen-street, THIS DAY, Saturday, 21th instant, at 11 o'clock — HP HE WRECK of the BRIG " MAUKIN,'' -i- of this Port, consisting of — I.— The Hull, coppered and copper- fastened, with the bow-sprit and gib-boom standing, and the patent windlass, nearly perfect, as she now lies on the beach at Rangiora Bay, near the North Cape. 2.— The Spars, viz.— 2 lower-masts, 2 loweiyards, 1 topsail-yard, with the greater pait of the standing rigging, saved and on the beach. :>,.— l Bower Anchor, ditto ditto 4._1 Bower Anchor, ditto ditto 5.— 1 Chain Cable, 90 fai horns 6.— 1 do. do. about 100 fathoms, in the sand, dry at low water. 7, — About 35 tons of Casks. 8. — 2 casks Iron Woik, consisting of chain shrouds, shackles, trusses, spider-bands, chain topsail-sheets, &c, &c. 9. — k<dge Anchor, oats, brass binnacle, and the residue of Wieck and Stores at llangioia Bay. 10. - A quantity of Muntz's Metal. Also, the following Atticles, now at the Mait, Queen-street — 1 Topsail, quite new, never bent, and in excellent order, having been stowed ia a water-tight cask. I Main-sail, 1 try-sail, 2 jibs, 1 stay -sail, 1 topmast studding-sail.
