ELL $ RIDINGS Will Sell by Public Auction, at their Mart, Queen-street, on Saturday next, 24th instant, at 11 o'clock— THE WRECK of the BRIG " MAUKIN," of this Port, consisting of — 1. — The Hull, coppered and copper- fastened, with the bow-sprit and gib-boom standing, and the patent windlass, nearly perfect, as she now lies on the beach at Rangiora Uay, near the North Cape. 2. — The Spars, viz. — 2 lower-masts, 2 loweryaids, 1 topsail-yard, with the greater part of the standing rigging, saved and on the teach. 3. — 1 Bower Anchor, ditto ditto 4. — 1 Bower Anchor, ditto ditto 5. — 1 Chain Cable, 90 fathoms 6. — 1 do. do. about 100 fathoms, in the sand, dry at low water. 7. — About 35 tons of Casks. 8. — 2 casks Iron Work, consisting of chain I shrouds, shackles, trusses, spider-bands, chain topsail -sheets, &c, &c. 9. — Kedge Anchor, oars, brass binnacle, and the residue of Wreck and Stores at Rangiora Bay.
