EDUCATION. THE REV. T. HAMER desires to meet with an engagement as Private Tutor to some Family in Auckland, or its immediate vicinity. His aim would be to give a sound education in all the branches connected with a knowledge of the English Lavgvage, Natural Philosophy, Mathematics, and the Classics. The necessary arrangements and terms, by letter or personal interview.

WINTER EVENING CLASSES. The Rev. T. Hamer invites the attention of young men in Auckland to Classes he intends to form and conduct, during the months of winter, in his own house, Brkkfield Bay, in any or several of the following branches of learning •.—. — First — English Grammar, Composition, Logic, and Rhetoric. Second — Geography, Use of Globes, and History. Third — General Mathematics. Fourth — Latin and Greek Classics. Fifth — Reading of the Scriptures in Hebiew and Greek. Classes to meet (wo evenings in the week, and for the first time on Monday Evening, April 12th, at 7 o'clock. One Guinea per Quarter ; one half to be paid in advance.
