nPHE undersigned, in returning thanks to his -a. numerous ftiends and customeis, for their former favours, begs to inform them that he intends to resume cutting all lengths and dimensions of Timber, as usual (after a temporary suspension, in consequence of a want of supply of Logs), and will be happy to receive orders at his house, Chapel-stieet, or at the Pits, Freeman's Bay, which he will be able to execute at the close of the present or the beginning of the ensuing month. ALL that propei ty situated in Freeman's Bay (at present occupied by Mr. Armson) being allotment Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of section 19, Town of Auckland, together with all buildings and improvements thereon. This property comprises an area of 2a. 2r. lip., well fenced, and has the advantage of three frontages, being bounded on the north of No. 7, five hundied and twenty -one links ; on the east, by a street four hundred and fiftythree links ; on the south by Victoria-street West, six hundred and forty-two links ; and I on the west by the high water mark of Freeman's Bay. The Buildings which are substantially erected, consist of — The Dwelling House, comprising Sitting Room, 17 x 15 ; 2 Bed Rooms, Kitchen, Scullery, Servant's Bed Room, and Cellar. Underneath are the Salting Room, 20 h 17; the Packing Room, 20 x 17 ; the stoic room, 22 M 17. On the opposite side, attached by platform, are the S'aughter House, 22 m 22, fitted with Pens, and Iron Boiler fixed in brickwork. Above is a Room 22 m 22 with fir 'place. The Brick Building comprises the Furnace Room, the Smoking and Drying Room, the Sat Store and the Counting House. There is a wooden Building detached, about 20 x 10, with fireplace. There is a large Yaid, enclosed with a high fence, in which are 8 Pig- sties, Fowl-houses, Cart House. Stable with a loft above, and Shed fitted with Iron Boiler in brickwork.
