Commissariat, Auckland, 19th Match, 1852. SPENDERS, in duplicate, will be received at J- this Office, until noon of Thursday next, the 25th instant, from persons willing to contract to supply the 58th Regiment, at Auckland, with the following Articles, viz.: — Tea — Sugar— Coffee Milk— Pepper—Salt Potatoes — Green Vegetables Flour — and Barley. The quantities likely to be required may he ascertained from the Quarter- Master, 58th Regiment. The supplies will have to be delivered at Albert Barracks daily, at the same hours as the Rations of Bread and Meat are delivered, Each Tender must comprise the whole of the abovementioned Articles. Tenders for portions thereof not being eligible for accept' ance. The quality of the supplies to be of the best description, and to be subject to the approval of a Board of Officers appointed by the Officer in command of the Regiment. The Contract to last for three months, commencing on the Ist of April, 1852, unless previously terminated by a month's notice given for that purpose in writing by either party. The Contractor will be required to give security for the due performance of his engagement, j Payment, for the supplies furnished will be made weekly by the 58th Regiment. VII. — On the Circulation and Study of the Bible. By the Rev. A. Rein, in the Primitive Methodist Chapel, on luesday, April 27.

THE WARDENS of Onthunga Hundred hereby give notice that after the 31st instant no further time will be allowed by them for taking out Depasturing Licences. All persons desirous of the benefit of the regulation relative to Cattle depasturing on or near the boundary line are referred to John O'Neill, Ranger, to comply with the same on or before said date. And all Licence Holders not having made to the said Ranger a correct written Return of their stock, brands, distinguishing marks, &c, will be sued for the penalty ot Twenty Shillings, pursuant to Ciown Lands' Ordinance, No, 1, Session 10, and Bye Law, No. 1.
