Just received per " luomama" from Sydney, and on Sale at the Stores of the Undersigned, Iftft QUARTER-CHESTS CONGOU, AVfVf Season 1851 — 1852, ex "Susan," from Shanghae. This is the first arrival of new teas this season, and is worthy of inspection. James Macky. Queen-street 2Gtli February, 1852.
FOR SALE,
A FARM of LAND on the Wahu Road about a mile from the Court House, containing nearly 23 ncres, enclosed with a good ditch and substantial two-railed fence, and partly quick-set. There are several neverfailing springs of water on the Farm— and there is a pood cart road to it fiom the Whaif in Commercial Bay. For particulars apply at the " New Zeaander " office.
