"THE TRAVELLER'S REST/ KAWHIA.

GEORGE CHARLETON begs to inform the Inhabitants of New Zealand generally that he has now completed the additions to his House, and has it now in his power to offer the best accommodation to Travellers. From the beautiful situation of Kawhia, surrounded by some of the most picturesque scenery in the Island, it offers particular inducement to Gentlemen wishing to evade the busy town and reciuit their health in rural solitude. To Invalids this House also offers peculiar advantages, as they can be accommodated with private rooms, the use of a good Garden and well-stocked Orchard, and a Boat to enjoy the pleasures of the beautiful Kawhia waters. i^T A good stock of Wines, Spirits, Ale and Porter constantly on land. Kawhia, March Ist, 1852.

TO LET, for a term of years, as a Sheep Farm only, about 200 Acres of Land at Remuera, — and in March, 1854, a considerable addition shall be made in land at present under lease. The whole is inclosed and divided into paddocks by a Sheep-proof fence. The paddocks have a good sole of mixed grasses, every requisite for sheep farming, indeed their many advantages are too well known to require being put forth in an advertisement. 1000 Ewes will be to let with the place, if required, — and to an eligible person who can give security, no other need apply, the rent will be moderate, and an interest taken by the Proprietor, if thought desirable. A considerable number of Choice Dairy Cattle ; two truly good Farming Mares in Foal, and one of them has a fine Filly at her feet; with single and double mould-board ploughs, harrow, trees, and harness complete ; A Stock Horse, two good Saddle Horses, a quamity of Potatoes, a Stack of Hay, and a variety of things useful and requisite to settlers. Monthly sale at New Market on the Second Tuesday of every Month. Quarterly Sale at Olahuhu on the first Wednesday in the Quarter, commencing witb June. Stock kept at fixed charges in his Remuera Paddocks. Orders left with Mr. Thomas Somerville, Shortland-street, will be forwarded.
