NEWMAN is instructed to offer for private sale, a very desirable Farm, situated on the Great South Road, and within 4^- miles of town, containing 44 awes, with a Raupo House, detached weather-board Kitchen, stone-built Stab'e, Piggery, &c. &c, nearly 12 acres are fully enclosed with a stone wall, and within the enclosure a fine Garden well stocked with fruit tiees ; the fence is finished on two sides, and a further outlay of £100 or £200 would make this a very complete little Farm.
