COMMISSARIAT CONTRACT. BAY OF ISLANDS. Commissariat, Auckland, 22nd Dec, 1851. HpENDERS will be received at this Office r*- until noon of Thursday, the 15th Jan., 1852, from persons willing to supply the following articles for the use of the Troops at the Bay of Islands, from Ist February to 31st March, 1852, viz. FINE BREAD of the best marketable quality. The Conditions of Contract are stated in the Commissariat Advertisement, dated 14th Jan., 1852, inviting Tenders for the Auckland District, for the , twelve Calendar months, commencing Ist. April, 1851, with the exception of Article 2. of those Conditions. Bread of the above description being now required instead of bread made from 20 per cent, Flour. . It is requisite that strict attention should "be paid to Article 10. of the Conditions referred to. WHARF IN COMMERCIAL BAY. Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland, Jan. 7th, 1852. WITH reference to the notice of the 10th ultimo, which appeared in the Government Gazette of the 11th December, 1851, calling for Tenders from persons willing to contract for driving and framing the piles, and for planking the New Wharf in Commercial Bay. Notice is hereby given, that the time for receiving such Tenders has been extended to Saturday the 17th instant, at noon, when Tenders will also be received from persons willing to contract for filling in the said Wharf.
