Comtnissaiiat, Auckland, sth January, 1852. HPENDERS will be received, until noon of -i- Thursday next, the Bth instant, for the Conveyance fiom Auckland to Sydney, of the following paity, viz. — 1 Captain 58th Regiment, 1 Medical Practitioner, 18 Men, 1 Woman, 1 Child. Provisions, accoiding to a scale to be seen at this Office, and such Medical Comforts as may be duly required for the use of the above party dining the voyage, to be provided by the owners of the vessel. The lenders are to state the description and extent of accommodation that will be afforded, which, together with the Provisions and Medical Comforts, will have to be submitted to the inspection and approval of a Board of Officers, to be appointed by the Officer in Command of the Tioops. Payment for the above Service will be made at the Commissauat Office, Sydney.

Passages will also be required by the vessel which takes the above Party, for Three Seamen belonging to the French Corvette "Alcmene," for which payment will be made by the Consul of the French Government at Sydney. Philip Turner, Assistant Commissary-General.
