Auckland and New Ulster Agricultural and Horticultural Society.
The Genov.il Annual Meeting of this Society was held at the Exchange Hotel, on Saturday last, the 13th instant, P. Bekiiky, Esq., in the Chair, when the following Officers were elected for the year 1 852 ;—; — President — P. Berruy, Esq. Vice-Presidents— Captain HauHain and Mr. James Williamson. Treasurer — Major Matson. Secretaries — Messrs. J. Baber and J. Xewman. Committee — Messrs. F. TV. Merriman, TV. Connell, E. Mayne, J. Faimcr, TV. Turner, TV. Atkin, R. Parris, J. Wallace, and Capt. Kelty. It was resolved that the Annual Cattle and Agricultural Show should be held at Newmarket, during the third week in March of every year.
Auckland Corporation. — The Town Council will meet this day at the Council Chamber, at three o'clock, p.m.
