VICTORIA HOTEL. MR. S. H. LEVEY begs to return his sincere thanks to his friends and the public in general, for the very liberal support that he has received during his management of the "VICTORIA HOTEL," and also to intimate that having sold his interest in the Hotel to Mr. M. Marks, he has removed to the " RUSSEL WINE VAULTS," where he most respectfully solicits a share of that patronage which it will be his constant desire to merit, by keeping up a stock of the first quality of Spirituous Liquors — Ale, Porter, Wines, &c , having made arrangements with a House in London for the direct importation of the same. VICTORIA COFFEE ROOMS, AND THE Undersigned begs most respectfully to inform the Public, and occasional Visitants to Auckland, that having purchased the interest of Mr. S. H. Lr.vEY in the Hotel, he has had the Establishment re-stocked and furnished with the utmost care, regardless of expense, in obtaining a superior quality of Wines, Spirits, Ale, and Porter, and eveiy requisite to promote the accommodation, convenience, and comfort of all who may favor the House with their patronage — trusting that by the most assiduous attempts to lender it in every way most desirable and economical for its guests. In furtherance of which THE TABLE D'HOTE is kept abundantly supplied with every rarity the market affords, prepared for the Table by a first-rate Cook. THE DINING AND SITTING-ROOMS are furnished with every accommodation and convenience, and offer the advantage of piivacy should it be required. THE BED-ROOMS have been extended and entirely refurnished, replete with every necessary that can be wished for. THE BILLIARD-ROOM is well lighted with powerful Lamps, and the Table entirely put to rights, and players will find every civility and attention paid them. THE BAR has been enlarged and fitted up upon the London principle, has two commodious Rooms attached to it, where the Bushman will find his comfort well attended to. THE WINES AND SPIRITS, as also the Malt Liquors, and other supplies, have been carefully selected of the best quality, and may be safely pronounced unequalled in New Zealand. TO MASTERS OF VESSELS and all parties connected with Shipping, and Families, this Hotel possesses the advantage of being on the water-side, (the Bed-rooms commanding a full view of the Harbour), having an EXTENSIVE PIER : and being the WATERMAN'S HOUSE OF CALL, boats can readily be obtained at all hours. In short, if first rate quality of supplies — prompt attention to orders — civility — cleanliness — and moderate charges will ensure success, the undersigned is determined to obtain it, Morris Marks. N.B.— THE STABLING has been extended, and is under the charge of an experienced Hostler, and every care will be taken that the Horses are fed upon the best hay and corn, and well attended to.
