IN Consequence of St. Andrew's Festival Dinner occurring on Monday evening last, the Subscribers requested to have the HARMONIUM RAFFLE postponed—and it is accordingly fixed for THIS EVENING, DECEMBER 3, At the "Exchange Hotel."
The Patent HARMONIUM, with Percussion and Expression Stops, is one of the celebiated instruments of Alexandre, with his latest improvements. This powerful instrument — adapted to the Church, the Concert-room, or the Drawingroom — embraces the capabilities of the Organ, and effects of a perfect Orchestia; it can be played by any pianoforte player, having the same key-board as the Pianoforte. It has twelve stops^ including the Bassoon, Clarionet, Fife, Flute, Hautboys, &c. It has a richly carved Rosewood case, and takes about the room of a semi-grand piano-forte.
