Have been instructed by Mr. Lusk, to sell by Auction, Without Rt serve, at their Mait, Queen-street, on THIS DAY, the 26th Novem ber, THE GROWING CROP OF HAY (Fifty Acres,) 'In 'those well-known Paddocks at Epsom, the property of Mr. Simnis. It will be sold in subdivisions, to suit small consumers, as follows — Eight Lots containing 5 acres each. Five Lots containing 2 acres each.

This crop of rich Mixed Grasses, will be quite ready for cutting in the first week of December, and will be found to surpass, both in quality and quantity, any hitherto produced in this pait of New Zealand. The produce js expected to average about three tons per acre. The purchaser will have the privilege ol stackiug the Hay on the ground until it is convenient to remove it. Terms at Sale.

Each purchaser will have the opportunity of obtaining a comfortable summer garment according to his individual taste, as the assortmpnt comprises Coats cut in the Forrester, Elgin, Carmichael, St. Leger, Le Jeune France, and Young England styles. In consequence of the present depression in Trade, and as T. S. F. will be under the necessity, at no distant period, of vacating his present premises, he has determined to offer the above, together with his General Stock of Bonnets, Prints, Shawls, Ribbons, Lace Goods, &c, &c, at prices which must ensure a speedy sale.
