CONNELL §{ RIDINGS Have been instructed by Mr. Lusk, to sell by Auction, Without Reserve, at their Mart, Queen-street, on Wednesday, the 26th November, THE GROWING CROP OF HAY (Fifty Acres,) In those well-known Paddocks at Epsom, the property of Mr. Simms. It will be sold in subdivisions, to suit small consumers, as follows — Eight Lots containing 5 acres each. Five Lots containing 2 acres each. This crop of rich Mixed Grasses, will be quite ready for cutting in the first week of December, and will be found to surpass, both in quality and quantity, any hitherto produced in this part of New Zealand. The produce is expected to average about three tons per acre. The purchaser will have the privilege of stacking the Hay on the ground until it is convenient to move it. Terms at Sale.
