Launch.—^A new schooner, of 25 tons measurement, vras launched from Mr. Niccol's yard in Mechanics' Bay, on Monday morning last. She was named the " Favourite," and is a very creditable little craft of a pretty model. Her proportions were seen to much advantage as she glided from the stocks and rested on the calm bosom of the Bay. The Favourite is another of the numerous additions that are every now and then being made to our coasting fleet. She has proceeded to Waiheke to load with t'mber for the hull of a larger vessel, we believe, of 90 tons, to be next built by Mr. Niccol.
