"VTOTICE is hereby given that the Election -Ll of Common Councillors for the undermentioned Wards, in the Borough of Auckland, will take place at the Market House, Shortland Crescent, Auckland, on the 18 th day of November next. The Voting will commence at nine o'clock in the morning, and close at four in the afternoon. Voters will be required to deliver to the Returning Officer, a Voting Paper containing the Christian and Surname of the parly for whom he votes, together with his place of abode and description, signed with the name of the Burgess so voting, and setting forth his place of abode and description.
