Commissariat, Auckland, 12th Sept., 1851. fTIENDERS in Duplicate will be received at JL this Office, until noon of Wednesday, the Ist of next October, from persons willing to Contract for supplying this Department for the Service of Her Majesty's Troops, &c, &c, at Auckland, with FINE BREAD of the best marketable description, from the Ist November, 1851, to the 3 1st March, 1852. The Conditions of Contract are stated in the Commissariat advertisement dated 1 4th Jan., 1851, inviting Tenders for the Auckland District for the twelve calendar months, commencing Ist April, 1851, and published in the « New Zealander" newspaper, with the exception of Article 2, of those Conditions. Fine Bread as above described being now required, 'instead of Bread made from 20 per cent flour. It is requisite that strict attention should be paid to article 10, of the " Conditions" referred to.
