NOTICE is hereby given, that by deed bearing date the 25th day of September, instant, Philip Otto and John Robertson, of Auckland, Bakers, have conveyed and assigned all their leal and personal estates and effects to William Smalue Grahame, and Thomas Somerville, of Auckland, merchants, upon trust for the benefit of such creditors of the said Philip Otto and John Robertson, as shall execute the said deed within thirty days from the date thereof. The said deed of conveyance and assignment is now lying at the office of the above named W. S. Grahame, Fort-street, Auckland, for the inspection and signature of the creditors.
