T The Conditions of Contract are stated in the Commissariat advertisement dated 14th Jan., 1851, inviting Tenders for the Auckland District for the twelve calendar months, commencing Ist April, 1851, and published in the " New Zealauder" newspaper, with the exception of Article 2, of those Conditions. Flne Bread as above described being now requned, instead of Bread made from 20 per cent flour. d It is requisite that strict attention should \s be paid to aiticle 10, of the " Conditions" referred to. A comfortable Dwelling House, has been erected, with detached Kitchen •, also, a Dairy, Stable, Stockyard, Cow Shed, &c. There are on the Farm 20 Dairy Cows, well bred, and a Bull, which will also be let if desired. Also, To be let with the above or separately, An excellent Faim near the Tamaki Chinch, with a fiontage to the Harbour, containing 214 acres, fenced round with thorns. Theic is about 40 acres of bush, 20 acres in wheat, and about 25 acies well laid down in glass.— A large Barn, Dwelling House, and Garden. Apply to Mr. J. Newman, Remuera, or to Brown & Campbell.
