Littlewood, Esq., to sell by Public Auction, at their Mart, Queen Street, THIS DAY, 24th September, at 12 o'clock, Without Reserve, THAT Valuable FARM and Dwelling; HOUSE, recently occupied by Mr. Littlewood, situ ate near the Epsom Race Course. The House consists of Parlour and Drawing Room, each 15 feet by 12, 2 Bed Chambers, Hall, 4 feet wide, Closet, Kitchen, and Large Dairy. The two latter being substantially built of Scoria, and forming the basement of the house, and a Verandah 60 feet in length. At a small expense the Attic can be converted into four comfortable bedrooms. The Land, which is well known as some of the richest in that fertile district, consists of 15 Acres enclosed and laid down in grass :—2: — 2 Acres of Garden, well stocked with Fruit Trees, — and 3 Acres of wood.
