Sut, — As there appears some difference of opinion iibout the propriety of denominating' the Chuich of England a Sect, I think the following extracts may assist in the elucidation oi the point : — Walhv's Dictionary.— Sect, a body of men following some pmliculnr master, or united m some tenets. In The Ads of the Apostles, chap. 26, vorse 5, St. Paul saj s, " that after the most straitest sect of our lcligiou 1 lived a Pharibee." A MiMiinß oi Tnr Ctiuncit or Engtand Sect.
