CONNELL $ RIDINGS Have received instructions from the Proprietor, I], Littlewood, Esq., to sell by Public Auction, at their Mart, Queen Street, on Wednesday, 24th September, at 12 o'clock, Without Reserve, 'THAT Valuable F A X M and x Dwelling HOUSE, recently occupied by Mr. Littleveood, situ« ate near the Epsom Race Course. The House is erected upon walls of Scoria, of sufficient height to render the basement available for Kitchen, Dairy, Cellar, &c. It consists of four apartments, 15 feet by 12 feet, with Verandah 60 feet in length. The Land, which is well known as some of the richest in that fertile district, consists of 15 Acres enclosed and laid down in grass :—• 2 Acres of Garden, well stocked with Fruit Trees, — and 3 Acres of wood. Have received instructions to Sell by Public Auction, at the Market-place of the Hundred of Auckland, Newmarket, Epsom Road, on Thursday, 25th instant, at Eleven o'clock, 20 VERY SUPERIOR DAIRY COWS, many of them with calves by their sides. 13 Bullocks and Steers 4 Heifers, and 1 Bull.
The Dairy Stock in this lot will be found particularly well worth attention, having been selected with the greatest caie from the young Stock imported from Twofold Bay, and consigned to Mr. Geddes by Mr. Imlay, from whose herds the best bred Cattle in this district have been derived.
