taking; the Census of the Piovmcc, accoiding to the piovisions of the Census Oidinance, 15 Viclona, Session XL, No. 8.

Bounded on the South by a line drawn fiom the South Mead of Kawhia to the i*onlh Head of Tauraima, on the Noith by a line from Mauaho Point to the junction of the Wairoa and Kai-hau Rivers, thence to the mouth of the Wairarua River, on the West and East by the Sea, including all the Islands adjacent theieto. Bay op Islands. Bounded on the Noith West by a line from Point Pocock to the South Head of False Hokianga, on the South by the North Boundary of the Auckland District, on the East and West by the Sea, including all the Islands adjacent thereto. Monganui District. All the remaining pait of the Island Noith of the Bay of Islands Disliict. Taranaki DisruicT. Within a radius of twenty miles from the centie of the Town.
