These Houses have lately been re-shingled, have a balcony and floored verandah in the rear, and apart from their being most desirable residences, the central situation of the premises (in one of the greatest thoroughfares) render them peculiarly eligible for Shops or other commercial purposes, being in the immediate vicinity of the Colonial Secretary's, Colonial Treasurei's, Surveyor General's, Union Bank of Australia, and other Public Offices. The HOUSE situate at the rear of the above, occupied by W. Donelly, Esq., comprising. 3 ROOMS and KITCHEN. This Cottage commands a delightful view of the Ilarbout, which cannot by any possibility be obstructed, the property being so situated on an elevated position, that no buildings can be erected to impede the view. There is a good well of water on the premises, and a lane 6 feet wide reserved for the benefit of the above properties. The Auctioneers call the attention of Capitalists to this Sale, as it seldom occurs that so valuable a Property as the above described, situate in the only properly made street in Auckland, in a healthy position, and commanding an uninterrupted view of the Waitemata and adjacent Islands, is offered to Public Competition WITHOUT RESERVE.
