ABOUT 110 Acres on the North Shore, bounded on one side by Pupuke Lake, and on the other by the head of Shoal Bay. The Land is of the first quality. About 20 acres ate laid down in glass ; about 10 more are ready for a crop. There is a commodious Dwelling House on the property, with Barn and other out buildings ; also, an Orchard of about an acre in extent, in full bearing. The House commands a fine view of the Town and Haibour of Auckland, as well as an extensive view seaward. Pait of the land is wooded, consisting principally of useful timber for fencing and other purposes. This farm will be sold on reasonable terms, as the Proprietors are about to dissolve partnership. Porus is hands high, 5 years old, has a good temper and an excellent constitution ; he is by Septimus out of Camilla by Camerton, her dam a Hector mare. Camilla was also the dam of Harry Loroquer and Commissioner, both winners, and she won a maiden pLte at two years old. Porus stood one season at the Paterson,N.S.W., and the stock of his get was pronounced to be fully equal to the &tock of the imported horse Young Camel. Porus is unquestionably the best horse in this Province, to cross with heavy mares to get what is termed a horse of all works, suitable for either the cart, plough or saddle ; with light mares, to get a good, quiet, neat hack ; or with racing mares, to insure size, as well as strength and speed.
