more paiticularly for the Sale of Cattle, Horses, and other live Stock. Monthly sale at New Market on the Second Tuesday of every Month. Quaiterly Sale at Otahuhu on the first Wednesday in the Quarter, commencing with June. Stock kept at fixed charges in his Remuera Paddocks. MR. J. NEWMAN is authorized by Messrs. Win. and Daniel Tye to sell their intciest in a Farm on the Tamaki, containing 214 Acres, situated between the properly of Alex. Shepherd, Esq. and Wm. broken up 5 or 6 years, and have since been stocked with Sheep and Cattle. The present ciop of Wheat (about 20 Acres) will be the bestfproof of its adaptation to the growth of that giain. The 30 Acres of Grass will give ample food forDaiiy Cattle and Horses in the spring, so that, without the loss of time generally attendant upon new settlers, the proprietor would feel himself at once in possession of a revenue. The Barn and Stabling are new and commodious — the Cottage neat and comfortable, and a never failing supply of fresh water, with about 30 Acres of Wood suitable for fencing and fuel. The Farm is nearly sui rounded with thorns, which give promise of forming a substantial fence. FARM FOR SALE ON THE TAMAKI.
MR. J. NEWMAN has received instructions from Mr. David White, to offer for Sale by private contract, his Farm on the Tamaki, containing 104 acres of pasture land, divided into several paddocks, having a wea-ther-board House, Barn, Stock-yard, Stables, and every necessary appendage for such a Farm. The Agent will be gratified if capitalists and intending purchasers will inspect this property, as it possesses many attractions which cannot be alluded to in an advertisement. The soil is a fine mixture of volcanic and alluvial, producing a rich herbage for sheep and cattle. Every separate paddock has the peculiar advantage of a never failing supply of fresh water, and the boundary fences are nearly all new. Its social advantages are great, surrounded by enterprising and highly lespectable settlers. Its religious privileges not leas so — situated within half a mile of St. John's Church and the College. The scenery is beautiful, having a fine view of the waters of the Tamaki, upon which the produce can be shipped to Auckland. The price moderate, the proprietor wishing at once to pioceed to his farm at Papakura, J. Newman is also authorised to Sell that valuable Property now laid out in Building Allotments, containing about ten acres, situated between the Royal George Inn, Newmarket, and the Paddock belonging to Benj. E. Turner, Esq., having a frontage to Epsom Road. The stream of water from Hobson's Bridge running through the allotment renders a t a very desirable investment.

HORSES. MR lIARDINGTON informs the Public that he has now on hand a considerable Stock of Horses for Sale. They have been picked with much care from various importations, and comprise the well broken -in Saddle Horse, the Ladies' Jennett, the strong animal for Harness, and the Cart Horse ; all which he can offer at very reasonable prices. LIVERY STABLES. In his Stables there is every description of Horse requned for Hire, and which he will be glad to let out, by the day, the week, or the month, either for Saddle, Harness, or for Ploughing. Holies received at Livery at very moderate charges, CARRIAGES. The usual Vehicles are always ready at a few minutes notice, viz., the Omnibus, Landau, Jaunting Car, Dog Cart, Gig, &c. N. 13.
