English Mails for Auckland, contained in several larg-e bags and boxes, dated 27th February, bad reached Wellington, from Port Cooper, before tha overland mail was despatched, but were too heavy to be forwarded by that conveyance. They were to be sent by the Government brig, which may be daily expected. The Norfolk has now been out 145 days. She sailed on the 17th March. The Thames was to sail on the 15th of April ; fiom what ia known of the sailing 1 capabilities of the two vessels it is thought not improbable that the latter may arrive ss soon, if not before the former.
