HP HE Undersigned has received instructions J- from the respective proprietors to offer for sale, by Private Contract, the undermentioned : Part of an Allotment having 33 feet frontage to Queen Street, (on the eastern side) by about 1 90 feet in depth, abutting upon the new wharf, now being erected in Commercial Bay. A Suburban Farm, — about 40 Acres, about three miles from the town, communicating with the Waitemata by a creek. Two Allotments near the Wesleyan College, about a quarter of an acre each. LAND FOR SALE, BY' PRIVATE CONTRACT. ABOUT 110 Acres on the North Shore, bounded on one side by Pupuke Lake, and on the other by the head of Shoal Bay. The Land is of the first quality. About 20 acres are laid down in grass ; about 10 more are ready for a crop. Theie is a commodious Dwelling House on the property, with Barn and other out buildings ; also, an Orchard of about an acre in extent, in full bearing. The House commands a fine view of the Town and Harbour of Auckland, as well as an extensive view seaward. Part of the land is wooded, consisting principally of useful timber for fencing and other purposes. This farm will be sold on reasonable terms, as the Proprietors are about to dissolve partnership.
