Horses — The well-known Saddle and Gig Horse " Alderman" A beautiful Timor Pony, accustomed to carry a' young lady — unquestionably the best Pony in the district. A fine young Bay Mare, recently brough from Hobart Town, and in foal to one of the best horses in Van Diemen's Land. A beautiful dapple Grey Mare, accustomed to carry a lady — an invaluable horse for an elderly gentleman. 2 fine Bay Colts 1 Ditto ditto, a very promising animal 1 Black Colt Handsome Dog Cart 3 Ladies' Saddles Cart and Harness Set Gig Harness 2 Men's Saddles Bridles and other Saddlery.
10 Head of Dairy Cows — five of which are yielding milk, and the others well forward in calf. These Cattle will be found well worth attention being all quiet and accustomed to be milked. They were selected and retained for their good qualities, from Mr. Foster's numerous purchases during the last two years. Also, a handsome well-bred Bull. Dairy Utensils, viz., Pails, Milk Cans, with taps, Milk Dishes, American Churn, &c; &c. Amongst the Poultry will be found — 1 fine Peacock and Hen, about 50 couple of Ducks, a number of Muscovy Ducks, Fowls, Turkeys, Geese, &c. There are also 8 pair iTava Doves, Parrots, and other birds.
Refreshments will be provided.
The Furniture, Stock, &c, will be on view at the Grange, from Thursday next, 31st instant, to the day of Sale, between the hours of 12 and 4 o'clock.
/j?gg^ Persons attending the Sale, or going to view the things, had better take the Epsom Road as far as the Royal George Inn, Hobson's Bridge, and there turn off immediately opposite the inn, and take the road round Mount
Eden to the Grange. Conveyances will be provided — and will start from Princes-street, at 10 o'clock precisely, and will set down as near as possible to Mr. Foster's.

The whole have been selected by one of the best judges of stock in the colony, and can be seen in Mr. Osborne's paddock, two or three (jays previous to the sale.
