AN ESTATE ON THE TAMAKI. TO LET, For 10 Years, with a Purchasing Clause.

MR. J. NEWMAN is authorized by Messrs. Wm. and Daniel Tye to sell their interest in a Farm on the Tamaki, containing 214 Acies, situated between the property of Alex. Shepherd, Esq. and Wm. Taylor, Esq., having a frontage to the beach, known as Mr. Goodfellow's. This Farm is admirably adapted for a practical farmer; more than 100 Acres have been broken up 5 or 6 yeais, and have since been stocked with Sheep and Cattle. The present crop of Wheat (about 20 Acres) will be the best proof of its adaptation to the growth of that grain. The 30 Acres of Grass will give ample food for Daiiy Cattle and Horses in the spring, so that, without the loss of time generally attendant upon new settlers, the pioprictor would feel himself at once in possession of a revenue. The Barn and Stabling are new and commodious — the Cottage neat and comfortable, and a never failing supply of fresh water, with about 30 Acres of Wood suitable for fencing and fuel- The Farm is nearly surrounded with thorns, which give promise of forming a substantial fence.

FARM FOR SALE ON THE TAMAKI.

MR. J. NEWMAN has received instructions from Mr. David White, to offer for Sale by private contract, his Farm on the Tamaki, containing 101 acies of pasture land, divided into several paddocks, having a wea-ther-board House, Barn, Stock-yard, Stables, and every necessary appendage for such a Farm. The Agent will be gratified if capitalists and intending purchases will inspect this property, as it possesses many attractions which cannot be alluded to in an adveitisement. The soil is a fine mixture of volcanic and alluvial, producing a rich herbage for sheep and cattle. Every separate paddock has the peculiar advantage of a never failing supply of fresh water, and the boundary fences are nearly all new. Its social advantages are great, surrounded by enleipiising and highly respectable settlers. Its leligious privileges not leas so — situated within half a mile of St. John's Church and the College. The scenery is beautiful, having a line view of the waters of the Tamaki, upon which the produce can be shipped to Auckland. The price moderate, the proprietor wishing at once to proceed to his farm at Papakura.

J. Newman is also authorised to Sell that valuable Property now laid out in Building Allotments, containing about ten acres, situated between the Royal George Inn, Newmarket, and the Paddock belonging to Benj. E. Turner, Esq., having a frontage to Epsom Road. The stream of water from Hobsun's Bridge running through the allotment renders it a very desirable investment.

And all Persons indebted to me upon Mortgage, Bond, Bills, and otherwise, will oblige by paying principal and interest as punctually as convenient, according to the terms of their respective engagements, to Mr. Merriman, who is duly authorised by me to receive and give discharges for the same.
