LAND FOR SALE, BY PRIVATE CONTRACT.

ABOUT 110 Acres on the North Shore, bounded on one side by Pupuke Lake, and on the other by the head of Shoal Bay. The Land is of the first quality. About 20 acies are laid down in grass ; about 10 more are ready for a crop. There is a commodious Dwelling House on the property, with Barn and other out buildings ; also, an Orchard of about an acre in extent, in full bearing. The House commands a fine view of the Town and Harbour of Auckland, as well as an extensive view seaward. Part of the land is wooded, consisting principally of useful timber for fencing and other purposes. This farm will bo sold on reasonable terms, as the Proprietors aic about to dissolve partneiship. JOHN -WHITE, (late of hokianga,) HAVING, by a residence of many years in New Zealand, gained a perfect knowledge of the Language, Manners and Customs of the Natives, bega to acquaint the Public of Auckland and its vicinity, that he has commenced business as a Native Agent, Interpreter and Translator.
