Four of the Lots have a frontage to Cookstieet, of 42-|- links, by a depth of 93 links, and the remainder to leserved road of 30 links wide, and have an average depth of 85 liuks
by 38 links fiontage. The two Allotments are enclosed with a substantial Fence. They have been well manured and cultivated, are stocked with Fruit Tiees, and suirounded with a Fence of Thorns.
