The other improvements consist of two Cottages, a Dairy, and Stockyard, and a good Orchard of an acre ia extent. The remainder of the two thousand acres is an excellent run for cattle, and is well watered and wooded. If required, about thirty cows would be let with the land, or sold, on moderate terms, — and a team of horses, agricultural implements, &c, can be had at a valuation.
