FARM FOR SALE ON THE TAMAKI.
MR. J. NEWMAN has received instructions from Mr. David White, to offer for Sale by private contract, his Farm on the Tamaki, containing 1 04 acres of pasture land, divided into several paddocks, having a wea-ther-board House, Barn, Stock -yard, Stables, and every neceospry appendage for such a Farm. The Agent will be gratified if capitalists and intending purchasers will inspect this property, as it possesses many attractions which cannot be alluded to in an advertisement. The soil is a fine mixture of volcanic and alluvial, producing a rich herbage foi sheep and cattle. Every separate paddock has the peculiar advantage of a never failing supply of fresh water, and the boundary fences ate nearly all new. Its social advantages are great, surrounded by enterprising and highly respectable settlers. Its religious privileges not leas so — situated within half a mile of St. John's Church and the College. The scenery is beautiful, having a fine view of the waters of the Tamaki, upon which the produce can be shipped to Auckland. The price moderate, the proprietor wishing at once to proceed to his farm at Papakura.
J. Newman is also authorised to Sell that valuable Property now laid out in Building Allotments, containing about ten acres, situated between the Royal George Inn, Newmarket, and the Paddock belonging to Benj. E. Turner, Esq., having a frontage to Epsom Road. The stream of water from Hobson's Bridge running through the allotment renders it a very desirable investment.
