and containing about 1920 acres. In this remarkable propeity unusual advantages are combined, each distinct one being an interest valuable in itself, but their union presents a field for investment which must always continue to be a most fruitful source of proiit
from the variety of its resources. A portion of the Land, about 300 acres, is fit for the plough. Another part, a large one, is forest land, abounding with Kauri timber, suitable for contract spars, With this peculiarity in reference to tneir situation, they are more eligible than that important article of commerce is usually found on thp Eastern coast. The Omar River intersects the propetty. In the daily increasing demand for the produce of this province, this is woithy the serious attention of those disposed to settle or invent in the colony. In the pui chase of it a mine of wealth would be at command, yielding all the prufit, but with much less labour, risk, and uncertainty, that the famed district of Ophir can offer. It has a Crown title, and by the water connection between it and the capital, the access
thereto is rendered both rapid and cheap. A plan of the Propeity may be seen, and likewise the terms of sale known upon application to Edward Rich, Land, Commission, & Estate Agent, Queen-street. Auckland, llth July, 1851.
