EX « STATELY,"
And for Sale at the Stores of the Unpfrslgned, SEVENTY bags of Red and White Clover Seed. TIIOS. SOMMERVILLE, Shoitland-stieet. June 17th 1851.
npO LET, for a term of Ihiee or five years, -I the AUCKLAND STEAM FLOUR MILLS, of eighteen hoisc powet, having two pairs Fiench stones, wilh dressing and smutting machines, la^e floois for stoiing wheat and flour, eveiy othei lequisite for immediate operation, and capable of grinding 250 bushels per day. These Mills have been lecently erected at a large cost, by Mr. Dan gar, of Neotsfield, who hopes (as it must be the means of opening a source of disposal for the New-Zealanders and the English settlers) that his object in erecting them will be appreciated. The districts about Auckland are well known to be excellent for the production of wheat, and that large stocks aie now in store i here ready to meet the ptesent calls for flour. This, combined nith the situation of New Zealand, so ucll situated for the Hour trade in these seas, gives peculiar advantage to a capitalist embracing this opportunity. For terms and paitk ulars apply to Frederick Whitaker, Esq., Solicitor, Auckland ; or Mr. Henry Richards, Queen s-place, Sydney. Sydney, June 4, 1851.
