Tenders will be received by the Undersigned until noon of FRinAY, the 27th inst., from persons who may be willing either to furnish such conveyance, or to sell to the French Government a vessel suited for the purpose. Commissariat Office, Auckland, 6th May, 1851 IN consequence of the prescribed Three Months notice having been given, the Contracts now in force for furnishing the undermentioned Articles, for the Auckland District, will terminate on the 3 1st of next July, viz,: FRESH MEAT,
BREAD, Supplies for General Purposes.
Notice is accordingly given that Tenders for Ihe supply of those Articles at Auckland, from Ist August, 1851 to 31st March, 1852, will be received at this office, until noon of Satur-
day, the 2Sth of June next. The conditions of Contract will he the same as are specified in the Commissariat advertisement, published in the New Zealander Newspaper, and dated 14th January, 1851. Philip Turner, Assistant Commissary General.
COMMISSARIAT CONTRACTS. BAY OF ISLANDS.
Commissariat Office, Auckland, 6th May, 1851. TN consequence of the prescribed Three JL Months notice having been given, the Contract now in force for furnishing BREAD at the Bay of Islands, will terminate on the 31st of next July. Notice is accordingly given, that Tenders for the supply of BREAD at the Bay of Islands, from Ist August, 1851, to 31st March, 1852, will be received at this office, until noon of Saturday, the 28th of June next. The conditions of Contract will be the same as are specified in the Commissariat Advertisement published in the New Zealander newspaper, and dated 14th January, 1851.
