Captain Gindkr was again charged with assaulting Elizabeth Ann DAvrs, another of the female passengers by the Stately; but after the case had been gone into to some extent, it was dismissed on account of an error of date in the information. Yesterday, Elizabeth Ann Davis was chaigcd by Mr. Davidson, Mate of the Stately, with assaulting him during the passage frmn England. The defendant was found and fined One Pound.
guilty, John Galloway, Mate of the Asenath, was Hniocd with a violent assault on Wellington' Jolly, cojK of that vessel. He was found guilty, and sentenced to pay a iinc oi Five Pounds,
