Commissariat, Auckland, 13th June, 1851. TENDERS will be received at this office until noon of Wldnhsday next, the 18th instant, for the Bills of the Undersigned on the Senior Commissariat Officer at Sydney, New

Commissariat Office, Auckland, 6th May, 1851. IN consequence of the proscribed Three Months notice having been given, the Contracts now in force for furnishing the undermentioned Articles, for the Auckland District, will terminate on the 31st of next July, viz,: FRESH MEAT, BREAD, Supplies for General Purposes. Notice is accordingly given that Tenders for the supply of those Articles at Auckland, from Ist August, 1851 to 31st March, 1852, will be received at this office, until noon of Saturday, the 28th of June next. The conditions of Contract will be the same as are specified in the Commissariat advertisement, published in the New Zea/ander Newspaper, and dated 14th January, 1851. The conditions of Contract will be the same as are specified in the Commissariat Adveitisement published in the New Zealander newspaper, and dated 14th January, 1851.
