COMMISSARIAT CONTRACTS.

AUCKLAND DISTRICT.

Commissariat Office, Auckland, 6th May, 1851. IN consequence of the prescribed Three Months notice having been given, the Contracts now in force for furnishing the undermentioned Articles, for the Auckland District, will terminate on the 31st of next July, viz.: YRE>VL MEAT, BREAD, Supplies for General Purposes. Notice is accordingly given that Tenders for the supply of those Articles at Auckland, from Ist August, 1851 to 31st March, 1852, will be received at this office, until noon of Saturday, the 28th of June next. The conditions of Contract will be the same as are specified in the Commissariat advertisement, published in the hew Ticatandcr Newspaper, and dated 14th January, 1851. The conditions of Contract will be the same as are specified in the Commissariat Advertisement published in the N ew Zca lander newspaper, and dated 14th January, 1851.
