Monthly sale at Ne w Maiket on the Second Tuesday of every Month. Quarterly Sale at Olahuhu on the first Wednesday in the Quarter, commencing with June. Stock kept at fixed charges in his Remuera Paddocks. Orders left with Mr. Thomas Somerville, Shortland-street will be forwarded.

J, NEWMAN is instructed by Mr' Clark, to offer for sale by private contract, an Allotment of Land containing 28 Acres, advantageously situated within 3 miles of Auckland, with a frontage to a Creek opening into Shoal Bay, sufficiently deep to float a 5 tons boat at half tide ; there is an excellent Wharf which cost £40 or £50 and may serve at a futuie period for a Steam Boat, (this benig the key to the fertile district of Wangari,) the greater part of the land is a fine deep alluvial soil. Price very moderate, the proprietor having mbarked in a new enterprise.
