Auckland, 29th May, 1851 npENDERS will be received at this office J. until noon of Monday, the 9th of June next, from persons willing to Contract to supply Straw at the Wahapu, (Bay of Islands,) for the service of the Barrack Department. Auckland, 6th May, 1851. IN consequence of the prescribed Three Months notice having been given, the Contracts now in force for furnishing the undermentioned Articles, for the Auckland District, will terminate on the 31st of next July, viz.: FRESH MEAT, BREAD, Supplies for General Purposes. Notice is accordingly given that Tenders for the supply of those Aiticles at Auckland, from Ist August, 1851 to 31st March, 1852, will be received at this office, until noon of Saturday, the 2£th of June next. The conditions of Contract will be the same as are specified in the Commissariat advertisement, published in the Kew Zea/ander Newspaper, and dated Hth January, 1851. Notice is accordingly given, that Tenders for the supply of BREAD at the Bay of Islands, from Ist August, 1851, to 31sL March, 1852, will be received at this office, until noon of Saturday, the 28th of June next. The conditions of .Contract will he the same as are specified in the Commissariat Advertisement published in the New Zcalandcr newspaper, and dated 14th January, 1851.
