The Quarters commence on the first of January, April, July, and October; hut Subscribers can commence at any period of a Quarter. Orders or instructions tnmt be written, and all Communications to the Editor post-paid. Orders for withdrawal of Advertisements must be delivered at the Oflic* before 4 o'clock on the evening previous to publication.
