NOTICE is hereby given, that, by deed dated the third day of April, instant, Samuel Hegarty and Edward Sydney Yates, of Auckland, dealers and co-partners, have assigned all their personal Estate and Effects to David Nathan, of Auckland, Merchant, and William Oonnell, of the same place, Auctioneer, upon trust for the benefit of such Creditors of the said Samuel Hegarty and Edward Sydney Yates, as shall execute the said deed within ten (10) days from the date thereof.
