NOTICE is hereby given, that, by deed dated the third day of April, instant, Samuel Hegarty and Edward Sydney Yates, of Auckland, dealers and co-partners, have assigned all their personal Estate and Effects to David Nathan, of Auckland, Merchant, and William Oonnell, of the same place, Auctioneer, upon trust for the benefit of such Creditors of the said Samuel Hegarty and Edward Sydney Yates, as shall execute the said deed within ten (10) days from the date thereof. And that the said Deed of Assignment is now lying at the Office of Mr. F. W. Mkrriman, Solicitor, Auckland, for the inspection and signatures of the Creditors. Anckland, April 3rd, 1851.
