NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that, by deed dated the third day of April, instant, Samuel Hegarty and Edward Sydney Yates, of Auckland, dealers and co -partners, have assigned all their personal Estate and Effects to David Nathan, of Auckland, Merchants aniL William Connell. of the same place, Auctioneer, upon trust for the benefit of such Creditors of the said Samuel Hegarty and Edward Sydney Yates, as shall execute the said deed within ten (10) days from the date thereof. And that the said Deed of Assignment is now lying at the Office of Mr. F. W. Merriman, Solicitor, Auckland, for the inspection and signatures of the Creditors. Anckland, April 3rd, 1851.

THE Workmen of every branch in the Building Department, are hereby informed that, a general meeting will be held on Tuesday evening, April Bth, at half past seven o'clock, to hear the Rules read which have been agreed to by the Committee, for the future government of the Auckland Building Operative Benefit Society, to decide about the cards of Membership, and to make other Regulations for the House of Call.
